What they wanted

The Wheel wanted an accredited leadership programme for managers in the not-for-profit sector in Ireland.

What we did

In partnership with All Hallows College, we developed and continue to deliver a Level 9 (MA level) programme in Leadership. We look at contemporary leadership theory and practice, as well as working with participants to develop practical skills and knowledge needed to lead organisations in the not-for-profit sector. This course is consistently fully-subscribed and has received very positive feedback in the sector.
