Pobal wished to provide a conglomerate of their funded services with an opportunity to learn key techniques in impact measurement and outcome reporting for their funded services.
What we did
QM provided a full day of hands-on training where service managers and senior staff from a number of not-for-profit organisations were given an overview of the Logic Model, Theory of Change and SROI methodologies, and given an opportunity to practice Logic Modelling techniques for their service.
