Volunteering Ireland were merging two of their central volunteering centres. Aware of many challenges and potential pitfalls that merging organisations experienced, VI sought QM’s support to plan, implement and successfully review the merger.

What we did

QM designed a merger plan, and supported implementation of the merger. QM supported legal and human resource processes, interpersonal processes and work planning to ensure the smooth transition of the staff teams into one merged entity over a number of months.
