What they wanted
Depaul Ireland, a multi-site homeless services in Ireland and Northern Ireland, were implementing a new IT system (Salesforce), and wanted to ensure that as an organisation, they were clear on what information was important to capture and what the best way to capture it was. They wanted to ensure that their IT system could record and report on changes for their clients. They also wanted to ensure that their staff were bought into this process, and could understand the benefit of new IT system to their clients.
What we did
We worked with staff teams in 20 of Depaul’s services, supporting them to use their system to make their work more efficient, and their reporting on client progress more relevant and accurate.
