The Irish Council for Civil Liberties commissioned Quality Matters twice in 2013. We were impressed with Quality Matters’ ability to design and develop two very different, yet highly specialised tools, i.e. a Training Programme, and a Monitoring Tool, both of which dealt with the complicated content of European Union Directives. Through our experience of working together, Quality Matters adhere to deadlines, are clear communicators, reliable and flexible.
