What they wanted
The Dolphin Alliance wanted to better understand the strengths and needs of the people of Dolphin House and Park, as the community was moving into a phase of physical regeneration.
What we did
We worked with the residents and services providers in Dolphin House and Park to build a profile of the strengths of people in the community and the challenges they were facing. We helped the Dolphin Alliance to prioritise recommendations so they could start planning for the social regeneration of the area, not just for the new bricks and mortar.
