VI had in recent years implemented a quality standard for their volunteer centres around the country. They wanted a review of the organisational quality standards and recommendations for future development and implementation.
What we did
Working with management and staff in VI, we undertook a comprehensive review of the organisational standards, from governance to front-line service provision. We evaluated the quality standards framework and the monitoring and review system for local volunteer centres. We made a number of key recommendations that have VI have since implemented with success
