We have successfully supported front line service providers, as well as inter-agency steering groups, to develop strategies and implementation plans that are innovative, inclusive, pragmatic and accessible.

A strategic plan must draw on evidence of ‘what works’, locally and internationally. It must be both practical and ambitious. We use a variety of evidence – based models and creative techniques to engage as many groups as possible in strategic planning processes.

This includes theory of change workshops, surveys, desk based research, innovation hubs, and pop-up public consultation spaces. In 2013 and 2014, we have been working on both local and interagency strategic plans in the areas of Traveller Health, Substance Use, Suicide, Youth Addiction and Community Education.
